Mercury goes Direct Feb 1

Give it another week for this wacky period to phase itself out and you'll no longer feel that you're waiting, having to go back over your past to sort of what stays and goes, wondering why people don't call you back on time or why there are so many changes of mind or plans.

Mercury ends this retrograde phase in February, so hang tight.


I upgraded my software here and wished I hadn't bothered, since I had some tech issues under Retrograde. Though I DID buy a cell phone (prepaid) finally. I had one in the past but yes, I've been amongst one of the few who don't particularly like cell phones. It's been fine so far so I'm thankful.

For those waiting on their CD from the last Reading Cycle, I am looking at getting a new CD burner since my current one is ill. So thanks for your patience, you should have received your audio by email but you can expect your CD in February, within the first week or two.

Got Change? Aquarius Solar Eclipse (25/26th)

Tonight at 11.59pm PST 2:59 am (EST) we'll pay homage to the Aquarius Solar Eclipse.
And not a moment too soon. All this talk of political "Change". We've only just begun...

The LA Times truly was in tune with the Aquarian Eclipse that fell last year, on the first day of their new issue, the headline summed up everything about this particular celestial event: "Breaking Free".

Eclipses shake up the psychic, spiritual, physical and emotional dust inside and around us.

Soon we'll be, once again, under the influence of the Aquarius Solar Eclipse, so if you're wondering why you're suddenly questioning something or feeling an urge for a major makeover somewhere, life has thrown you a curveball, or you're at a crossroads and suddenly have to take a sudden turn into a totally new area of life, this is why.

Change cannot be avoided during an Eclipse. We're not meant to stay the same or remain in the same place. Solar Eclipses are specific to certain types of growth, as are Lunar (more on that kind in 2 weeks). Under a Solar Eclipse, our light is eclipsed, our perspective, our ego focus, our sense of self is shaken, albeit momentarily so that we may glimpse a new way, a new path, and something new inside ourselves.

So,firstly,welcome the unknown, the question mark, the feeling you don't quite know what you should be doing, or where you should be going. In Aquarius, this particular Eclipse is teaching you to access the independent side of yourself,the part that loves surprises and the part that breaks free from anything limiting or defining.

How can you define yourself during a time when the Universe is helping you to break free of definition?

You can't. All you can do is explore new facets of yourself, your nature, your desires and your ego. Try on a new hat. Notice the new people you're suddenly around right now - they're a sign of the new you emerging. Access a new part of yourself and the Universe will always mirror it with new folk outside - new friends, new strangers offering new perspectives, new groups working to the same purpose.

Suddenly you're a team-member of another group, or you're going your own sweet way now, perhaps in a direction totally off the beaten track, or off the plan you nebulously created for yourself one foggy day way back when.

Be new. Be unique.

Just Be You.

That's the message of the Aquarius Eclipse. And perhaps, you'll find out who that really is, by first experiencing who that isn't.

My Move to Pasadena, California

Just an update for those who are asking what I'm up to personally...

During Uranus's transit through my 4th House of Home I had about 4 transitions in December, while finding a new nest. Progressed Mars hit my Sun also at the same time in the 4th. So change change change - here I am, now in beautiful Pasadena, California.

When multiple factors come together in our chart, we're ripe for a shift, a manifestation of something in relation to the planetary energy and the house (area of life) it shows up in. Always. In some form or another.

Maybe you're ripe for change now too?

New places bring out new facets of ourselves, new scenery creates new thoughts which changes out past and brings us fresh emotional insights...which I can bring to you, during our Readings together.

Missing Mommy? Full Moon in Cancer (Jan 10)

Under tonight's Cancer Full Moon, It's time to remind ourselves that the theme of this current phase truly can be boiled down to one thing:

Are we projecting our Mother issues onto others around us?

As the sign of Cancer, along with the Moon, relate to that watery bond between mother and child (since Cancer and the Moon relate to the womb, stomach, breasts, milk and water) this Full Moon is a time when we project those needs onto others in our lives.

If Mother fed us with unconditional love, we continue to feed ourselves with the same emotional diet and can provide for others.

If Mother fed us conditional love, was unavailable, let us down by not meeting our needs, then we continue to seek to fulfill ourselves (or fill ourselves full) of what we are missing. We continue feeding ourselves a diet of lack or abuse ourselves in reflection (or others in retaliation) of this beginning.

We comfort eat
We cling to people or things that appear solid, stable, secure
We stay in bad relationships
We have domestic issues since we never had a secure home
We fear abandonment, starvation, lack, inconsistency, unreliability - or become known for doing this to others. (self fulfilling prophecies of our own making).
We blame others for the way we feel
We don't know the way we feel, and seek to heal others when we ourselves are wounded
We make others NEED us, since we need to be needed to fill a void
We harm others by not listening to their needs as we're too busy focusing on our own tangled emotions
We don't know what we 'need' or confuse a desire for a need and thus end up not getting what we want or need

Being out of touch with your own heart, and child energy is tough. Especially in what can appear a dog-eat-dog world these days, it's all too easy to miss the fact that we could still well be expecting others to Play Mother to our inner child.

This Full Moon asks us to re-examine our Emotional Selves - and see where we are looking after ourselves (as a Good Mom) would, and where we're abandoning or punishing ourselves (as a Bad Mom). You may be surprised at your findings.

If you're uncomfortable, you're in charge of correcting the situation. It's just good Parenting. Even if you're 52 years old and single. Self-Parenting is a must.

Emotions are very real things. Displacing them onto another in a passive aggressive manner has to end if we're to relate to each other as open, mature and honest human beings.

How do you FEEL?

Ask yourself this, time and time again, over the course of these next 2 weeks - and each time you find your response - work out if it's a comfortable feeling or uncomfortable.

Then you face a choice:

1. Make it better yourself.
2. Seek someone else to make it better
3. Complain and stay stuck.

It truly is that simple. Reach out if need be, but realize that no one else owes us peace of mind, true comfort, or a helping hand.

Those who have been well parented and feel fully secure radiate. We meet them and we just 'know'.

But perhaps the greater Lights out there are those people, who, in seeing what they experienced as a child, in the Light of adulthood, see the lack for what it is - a chance to spend the rest of their lives, filling that space inside with self-love - becoming their own Mom and Dad, by making choices that reflect the desire for a better, more comfortable, happier existence.

Happiness is a choice. And we need not spend one minute being uncomfortable emotionally, if we honestly know how we feel and we aren't afraid to show that emotion - no matter how ugly it may seem.

Honor your feelings; you honor yourself - and you're the best parent (to your own inner child, and your own flesh and blood kids, and to everyone else around you) that could ever exist.


The Comfort Zone is an interesting thing.

At the end of the day it provides us with little else but constancy - a place to feel 'safe'. It keeps us confined to a life of the 'same' because we keep within its narrow corridors and passageways.

When the Full Moon falls in Cancer (the sign of the nest, emotional safety, comfort, home and our roots) we get to do what we're never encouraged to do by society at large - leave the nest.

How will this manifest for us? That's entirely up to us of course.
Perhaps:

You decide (or are forced)to move home to a better nest, better soil.
You leave family
You uproot and give up a place, relationship, life path you've been staying with for no good reason.
You have it out with your source of emotional support (your Mom, your family, your friends, your lover) in order to free yourself from dependency on any external sense of safety, support or comfort.

Comfort Zones are fine for protecting ourselves - but when does a home because a trap? When do we begin furnishing a rut? Are emotions causing your life to spiral out of control? Are you so needy you expect others to cater to your every desire? Are you happy and 'safe' inside your own skin?

That is the ultimate meaning of this Full Moon - let go of anything that is either defining your sense of safety and comfort, and anything that is providing too much of it. Cut free and sail off into the oceanic abyss, and let Nature take care of you.

Emotions explode now - tears, laughter, anger - if you've repressed throughout last year, it blows the lid off now. Water becomes important - look for messages in spills, bursts, flooding (there's sure to be major news story on this too as the weather reflects our emotional temperament).

It's never easy to fly the nest. After all isn't our nest a sign of what we've chosen to keep close, sustain and strengthen, provide and protect? Yes - but we're changing, and thus the nest (or our concept of it) must change too.

Any area showing a lack of comfort comes to the forefront now - if you're not comfy, change it. If your past is keeping you stuck on 'replay' mode, release it. Forgiveness becomes a bit part - don't dance with the drama source, but do forgive it and forgive yourself for any involvement.

Our Homes are interesting places. What goes on behind closed doors. Often the most together and business-like people are the ones who go home and turn into needy children, and a partner to cater to their inner child's needs (which reminds me of those businessmen you hear who like wearing diapers and being bottle-fed, paying for a form of emotional prostitution).

Who's Mothering you? Are you looking after yourself?
Is your home reflecting who you truly are or could you throw stuff away?
Do you use your past as a reference point still for what happens now?
Do you need to let go of or resolve family tension?
Can you give up security and risk growth?

And finally - look at what you claim you "need" - and see that it quite possibly may not be a need after all, but a want or a desire. Needs involve, food, water and shelter. basic requirements.

The rest is a desire. I "need" sex. I "need" a cigarette. I "need" a hug.

By all means indulge, and seek to satiate your pleasure centres, but remember that under a Cancer Full Moon, we're cut free of any apron strings we incorrectly believe we need.

Self-mother, self-love, rejoice in every emotion, and Love it All. And you'll sail through this Full Moon. The tides pull strong now - after all the Moon is Cancer's ruling planet - and a Full Moon in this sign - phew! It brings out the lunatics (lunar-tics). Observing Cancers currently around me (or those affected strongly by the lunar cycles) finds some being locked out of their home, some throwing up or throwing things away (purging full moon), some emotionally having meltdowns or Mother issues.

Howl, scream, cry, laugh, sing - FEEL your feelings, and then move through them. We are not how we feel, we are not where we live, we are not what our hearts yearn for. We are complete, whole and rediscovering ourselves again through the jigsaw pieces we encounter day by day.

Feel! That's the whole point on Earth (an anagram of Heart, remember).

Spread the Wealth! (Jupiter enters Aquarius Jan 5)

Need some good news? Of course you do. Astrology doesn't always just out the potential planetary pitfalls (remember nothing happens TO us Astrologically, it's just that certain times are ripe for certain manifestations/events).

We always look to Jupiter to give us more of the good stuff. More of anything. And yes that does include the crappy stuff too but first off, let's focus on where our growth us now. We just entered a new 1 year Jupiter Cycle, the planet that shows us where our opportunity, new horizon and good fortunes lie.

Jupiter is now in Aquarius, somewhere in our birth charts, and will show up in the same location in our lives. Stay alert. What to watch for?

From group lotto-wins (yep, it's one of those years where you may just want to keep your numbers in the pot at the company lotto-sweepstakes), to companies and organizations, it's good to be in a gang (if that gang is trying to further the world with its ideas, aims and motives. Whatever has manifested or is manifesting is already old or on it's way out. take fashion. To stay on track now, tap into what's next for you. Focus on that! What's new, ahead, progressive, futuristic? That's where the pot of gold is right now. Not here, today. But in the visions and roads ahead. Keep walking forward. Create your new future.

Socially, it's an amazing time. Society begins banding together and bonding together with more group events and activities. neighborhood potlucks, with people overseas! A look back at Your 2008

Honor 2008. The crappy things that went amiss. The people you thought would stay forever but who had to go. The ones you never dreamed you'd meet (and the ones you wished you hadn't). The shitty people who crossed your path. The idiotic things that happened that threw you for a loop. The people who arrived to make you smile and laugh and the ones who ran away. As we stand on the verge of another calendar year, I invite you to take a look back at the lessons, challenges, triumphs, people, places, loves, losses, miracles and nightmares that made up YOUR own story.


Did you make the most of planetary transits? Have a look at the following checklist:

1. Did you defeat prejudice inside (Pluto in Sagittarius) and open yourself up to learning through each person you met? Did you allow others their opinions without cutting them off or destroying them? Did you finally change something you believed for so long that wasn't altogether true for YOU?

2. Did you clean up a major portion of your life (or attempt to) or did you sink back further into addictive/escapist behavior and drift with the tide? (The Pisces/Virgo eclipses). Did you direct drama into creating something, to further the collective, or sink into petty ego fights demanding attention when you could have supported social causes? (The Leo/Aquarius eclipses).

Your new Deadline (yep, it's not over) is JUNE 2009. By then you'll have been given ample time to get it in working order, better shape, smoother and more efficient, and more helpful to you and your life (and other people!).

So, that's great news right? The bad news is some troubles may flare up again to help you get on the right page. So if they do, you know where to come. Right back here to see what's going on, or check in with me personally. But you have your warning right now on the last day of 08!

It's all for a great reason. By June 2009, you WILL be in a place to move ahead, and by August 2009, you'll be finally FREE of these lessons. For at least another 29 years, which can't be bad. By then you'll have more wisdom and maturity and experience under your belt. But...will your life be in a better place by then? That takes effort now before at least one ship passes you by. Life is about Choice.

Not bad, eh?

Can you withstand the stress now, for a long-term solution? If so, DO it. Do the work. Take the pressure. Commit. Withstand the stress. Don't quit. Sharpen your skills and resolve. Improve the situation, however slight.

If you've been lazy and skimping, life is sure to have kicked you in the butt recently. You weren't developing yourself and life to your full potential. Your harvest failed. Your success, not forthcoming.

Now's your chance to get back in the game!

That's it, we're not talking major change with this, just a slow, steady and sure step-by-step plan of action to improve that problem area of your life.

Breathe! it's all unfolding to a Higher Plan. After this, you'll see your own mastery in the face of a problem that seemed insurmountable. Now is your chance to GO BACK OVER IT to see if you missed a SIMPLER SOLUTION.

Night Fight or Fighting the Night: Mars meets Pluto (Dec 27)

It's violent, it's ruthless, its INTENSE - and you can't escape it. This week you either get to experience it or witness it. Military Mars meets All Or Nothing Pluto creating the scenario for ultimate Change, whether we like it or not.

From divorces to death, from firings at work to firings in the streets, to cutting out the rotten parts of your life to entering therapy to try and transform them that way.

We ask ourselves Do I try and maintain things, resist temptation, stay out of trouble and work on my personal "stuff", or do I seek an external situation or scenario which will help me to either implode or explode, thus creating the necessary (and sweeping) change.

What may happen now? Well you could end up in a violent setting. You could unleash. Or be unleashed on. Either way you're no victim, this has been building a while. Wake up.

You could take it instead into building instead of pure destruction. Use your energy now don't let it use you. You may find yourself faced with some truly ugly situations and have to relinquish control and walk. You may find something ends or dies and you lose control anyway. You may find others trying to control you or abuse you, in which case you draw a line. And yet you may find that by facing the Darkness you transform yourself and step into the Light.

Sexual energy is high - we either feast or go celibate. We find problems playing out in how and who we seek sexual expression with. And if you're single, maybe it's how you process your dark side. We push to the death when it comes to what we want. We say YES YES YES or NO, NEVER. Intense, seething, powerful and probing. Great to take to the bedroom, not so great outside,unless you're a cutthroat business dealer or a criminal (plenty of those around to help aid us in furthering our own growth, so be aware!).

Spiritually, it's time to take out further trash (yes, again). It's time to face the stuff we swept under the carpet (symbolically) or stuffed in the closet (symbolically AND literally). What's in your psychic storage? What deep seated fear or issue is festering still? It's time to let it out. Forget fighting, it no longer works. It's time to let it go, stop feeding the fire and time to focus on HOW TO TRANSFORM ANY DARK SITUATION YOU FIND YOURSELF IN.

How do we do that? Perhaps by leaving. Perhaps by giving it one last shot. Perhaps by finding the ROOT CAUSE. Perhaps by taking a radically different approach. Perhaps by bowing and bending, perhaps by accepting forgiveness or failure.

We each play a role now in our collective transforming. But as humans we don't often like change. We try and hold on, attracting situations that FORCE us to change. And it hurts. This is one of those weeks when change finds us. When the things we have avoided are suddenly knocking at the door. We face the shadow - either in someone else and what they "do to us" or in the form of our own Shadows - fear, anger, jealousy, hurt, resentment, pain.

What is your fuel? What powers your battery? The Dark Stuff, or the struggle to take the dark stuff to a higher level, transmuting pain into understanding. To Breakdown to break through?

it's not an easy week. but it's worth the crap we go through to free ourselves from our own games, manipulations and belief that we have no power. We do. The Power to Respond in a way that is no longer "reaction". To Change Our Script.

Check your fuel tank, if you're low, perhaps it's time to refuel at a new station...

Winter Solstice of Death: Sun enters Capricorn (Dec 21)

Keep an eye out on events tomorrow that hint at what you're trying to destroy, what you're trying to rebirth and transform in your life, what Must Change in your life story and how this may all play out for you - offering options, choices, and hints at avenues you'd rather not take, to give you a choice to change before you're forced to.

Just as Scrooge faced the death of everything he had built (that which was built on "bad vibes"" shall we say) and forced to change his ways), this Solstice has a very similar message for those who don't heed its tidings.

During this winter solstice, the sun teams up with Pluto at 0 degrees Capricorn. Some part of our life story is in for a crash and burn and rise again scenario (if you haven't noticed it happening already that is). If you're already lightening your load, simplifying your life and bringing LOVE to all you do, encounter, witness and want, you'll be fine. It's the ones who are controlling, domineering, manipulating and causing pain intentionally that will suffer the most, I have no doubt (don't they always anyway?)

So keep your senses ON, during Dec 21 as the world witnesses a continuing collapse and destruction of what no longer works, and new systems implemented that take into account all the smaller cogs in the machinery. However, are the new systems a new form of control? Are you kidding yourself or are you truly committed to freedom within yourself from old haunting obsessions and pains?

Whatever in your life isn't taking into account the WHOLE, will continue to glitch. Stay alert and make the necessary changes and be ready to LET GO where need be. We're all in this together, and this Winter, we get to shed our own baggage as the trees shed leaves.

Shake off the old, it's already gone but you're hanging tight to yesterday.

Empty your Head! Full Moon in Gemini (Dec 12)

Lot on your mind?

With the current Gemini-flavored Full Moon we're all playing mental pinball. Either your thoughts are on what's going wrong/not working/problematic....on what you want/need/desire to see manifest in your life....or on the many possible paths playing out of what "could" go wrong if you never get what you want and are stuck on what's going wrong...etc etc and etc.

Talk about mental overload!

The way I see it under a Gemini Full Moon is that any tension in your life is showing you where you have resistance. The pictures you carry in your head this next two weeks shape what's to come next in your life, or at least play a huge role in determining possible outcomes, or the scenery on your road.

Major decisions are inevitable now - watch what your mind does when faced with options. Some decisions are out of our hands, while others put us in a quandary. Either way you have to get clear now on what you want, and whether you're spending enough time in the day to at least focusing on THAT possibility.

So...check in with yourself periodically, this week and next. Catch yourself dwelling, stewing, suffering, complaining and SNAP OUT OF IT. Re-orient your brainpower into picturing a new possibility. Minds love options so give it something fun to work on, instead of feeding it your usual negative worst-case-scenarios.

This Full Moon opposes Mars - your gut says one thing but you're pushing for another. Someone plays the sensitive one, while the other plays the angry one. Are you staying in or going out? Are you caring or daring? Can you be both? Give yourself room to breathe and roam, and you'll have no trouble. Work at home, on the home and making things comfier, then get out on a road trip or to a bookstore and feed your brain with new things (again) to avoid tension. IMPORTANT: People will disagree with your way, your beliefs and practices. Let them. Steer clear of ideological arrogance. Act on feeling, and feed/fuel your creative fires instead of lighting someone's hair.

Careful when out driving, people speed under these conditions so don't let emotions land you in an impulsive accident. Or a fight. Or a ticket. If you're crabby, withdraw and work on your feelings. If you're angry, chances are you're not meeting one of your Top 5 "needs". Feed yourself!

This Full moon is challenged by Saturn - feelings clash with what HAS to be done. You KNOW you need to go to the gym, pick up bread, fix the car, lend a hand to your friend in need. You WANT to watch mindless TV, waste time chatting online, write your journal or just sit and think. Obligation battles with frustration. You'd rather read but have to do laundry. The weight of what MUST be taken care of, hampers your need for lightness and fresh air. Best advice: tick off your chores by doing two things at once or bounce between them till they are complete. Details count but you also need room to make mistakes.

Note: Keep an open mind, maybe your way isn't as perfect as you think. Being anal gets you nowhere this cycle. If anything, focus on Mental Health first and foremost, and everything else will run smoother. (Also, re-work your schedule, it's probably worn out by now).

This Full Moon is soothed by Neptune - inspiration is there if we want it. Friends have a magical way of passing on messages without knowing it. Don't get stuck in LOGIC when a right brain dreamed up solution works better. Write down your dreams this week. Do it! Better yet, lie down while awake, and see what comes to you horizontally. Ideas are weird, unique, bizarre and pretty damn great so write them down or they'll be lost in the next brainstorming cloud.

This Full Moon is championed by Chiron - making it an easier time to heal on all levels. From small boo boos and scrapes, to emotional hurts. All it takes is a change of mind now to activate your true healing. A different approach just somehow works now. Forget tradition or what others say works. You're already healed or at least healing....and it's not half as bad as you think if you're still here and reading this, (but egos do love the drama).

This Full Moon is zapped by Uranus - boy do we feel bored. We want to get the hell out but we're unsure what change to make! Our dreams inspire us to jump out of tall buildings but reality is another story. Be wild and wily at least to offset stuffiness. But realize boredom is your enemy now, and you'll dream up or actually encounter plenty of resistance and barriers and blockers, if you're seeking to rebel against something. Don't squander your freedom,

GRAND MUTABLE CROSS: This Full Moon is particularly challenging because it joins a large pattern of tension, in basic terms it means BE FLEXIBLE but don't use that as an excuse to drift, be lazy and be unreliable. Go with the flow and know that feelings, no matter HOW dire, come and go, ebb and flow, and aren't meant to linger, unless we elect to keep them around by choosing to replay thoughts that inspire those feelings. Very important words, this cycle.

THIS WEEK'S MAJOR ADVICE - fresh air is a must now. Air out your brain. Open up your head. Let out old words and breathe new possibilities in. Clear mental obstructions. Speak your mind. Get it off your chest. Write it, sing it, shout it, mail it. Tell them. Then forget it. Better yet - CHANGE YOUR MIND! Re-focus. Change how you're going to perceive and see something. Re-frame it. Change the story surrounding it. You only saw ONE side of it, right?
What you see (inside) is what you'll get (outside) more often than not.

And finally...look around your local environment for messages and clues for you. Overheard conversations (wow people are really gossiping have you noticed?) Gems of wisdom pour from mouths, books, the radio etc. Just be careful, a lot is SAID now, but is it truth or just a really good story.

Stop replaying the same stories yourself, start telling the world (and yourself) new tales. It's time to stop living in the past or at least change how you view it, and how you allow others to view your history. Turn your past into a conspiracy to help you and...somehow, magically...it will.

Shock to your System? Uranus goes Direct (Nov 27)

Felt a shock wave move through your life? I did. A massage table collapsed today crashing me to the floor and badly bruising my back while I was having a treatment for re-alignment. You have to laugh.

Uranus works that way - whenever you need a shock to the system, he delivers with swift and mostly uncertain action. But you feel it. He was moving retrograde since June 26, forcing us to look at how free we feel inside and now he's marching back to the forward beat of his distant drummer.

What does that mean for YOU, you cry?

For us all, it's an outer shift representing an inner sense of renewed freedom. Recent events in your life may involve sudden shocks, disconnects, surprises, u-turns, reversals, electrifying revelations, unnerving change, exciting innovations and radical alterations as though the renovation team had moved into your life to knock down walls and create a holy world of noise right under your feet. All to pull you to making a physical change in alignment with energetic changes ALREADY going on inside you.

Everything in the physical world is old - manifested from a thought-form that came way before its physical arrival.

Gemini - Direction-wise, it's a time when you could jump ship, decide to make a u-turn or push for more freedom and space where you're at. You need a destination but more than that, it's time to change your offerings to the world - are you trying to help or looking to be helped out? Let air in, your career path could be getting too stuffy.

Cancer - What you believe begins to show signs of insecurity and uncertainty, as you realize what you've been boxing yourself into is a propaganda paradigm of your own construction. Whether you open your mind or have it wrenched apart, traveling to new places, learning new things helps you do what you need to do now - un-learn stuff, forget your wisdom and stay open to living your truth.

Leo - Freeing yourself from your addiction to the dark side of life - from sexual problems, to relationship entanglements on the shadier side, your own emotional "stuff" gets an airing as you realize that freedom now does indeed come with a complete overhaul and total transformation. Desire burns, but you'll get burned if you can't just let it go, with no grudges held.

Virgo - Relationship changes are inevitable - you can only go as far as you 'grow'. Fresh air could mean a split, a break, a separation, permanent or temporary as both parties withdraw to decide what they need. mostly it'll be a question of change, freedom, selfhood and space that will aid and shift your connections. Sometimes the best thing for togetherness is separateness, and it's something you'll come to appreciate.

Libra - How your body is or is not working needs a shake-up. As does your routine, your daily schedule, what you do when you get up (or don't do) and how - in general - your entire life can be done better, lived easier, experienced healthier etc. If that means a job shock, so be it. Scorpio - Creativity seethes beneath your bubbling exterior and your inner child screams at you to change how you handle this energy. Whether you wind up splashing paint on the walls or your own body, it's time to throw something unique in your cauldron and find new hues to enrich your life with. The artist in you wants something unlike anything you've ever created. Romance now has to be wild and free or at least unpredictable. Routine has stifled your artistic creations. Free yourself to free them.

Sagittarius - Where you live, how you live, who you live with and where you call home - boy if that hasn't changed or shifted you're lucky or just about to experience it. it's not about that though, it's about how much you're living in alignment with your soul, your TRUE needs and self. Pisces - It's anyone's guess what changes are heading your way. Uranus does an about-turn in your sign. You're given carte-blanche to shift any and all of your life. Mostly you'll find it's about the freedom to be you. The space to be free to be a mess, the best, quiet, loud. Whatever. Somehow, you fell asleep lately and life is forcing you out of the bed, to pursue your spiritual path once more. Listen to the wake-up alarm.

Finders, Seekers: The Sagittarius New Moon (Nov 27)

Okay you...so where now?

In Sagittarius Season we go on a hunt - for more, better, further. Reminded that life is full of a bounty of one sort or another, life opens a door, clears a road or space and asks us, "Now where?". Didn't you forget you're in the driver's seat?

We can't all be millionaires at the same time, we can't all be happily married or dating at the same time, and we can't all be taking vacations at the same time. That's now how life is set up currently on Earth. But we CAN have it all, if we realize that life is infinite and that our Chart represents a moment of time - we are ambassadors of that Moment in Time. Everything we do affects that moment of time that we represent, and in changing our lives, in each choice we make, we change the very moment we are. The Moment of our birth. Yes, we change the past...all from the present moment.

One choice now could change everything for you. That's the power of a New Moon and nowhere is the possibility of great things more apparent than in Sagittarius, the signs of grand schemes, amazing dreams and mighty adventures. Shoot for the Moon and you may just land there. And never judge a story until it's final page - and even then, how do you know it's really truly over?

If anything, break your chains now as we leave 2008 behind. Old ideas, nagging addictions that distract you from a place of inner peace. Let it all go. You don't need it. All stress now seems to come from some manifestation of a belief in being trapped somehow and somewhere. Breathe. Be mentally free before you seek to feel free and thus BE free.

You can't keep your TRUE self down any longer. Whoever you REALLY are and were meant to be is coming back to remind you. Will you fight it, or become this person you truly are, all masks aside?

What do you believe?

At the New Moon we get to look closely at our own version of 'Truth'. Does it fit our new life or are we clutching to old beliefs. A timely question as we approach a Holiday that many now celebrate merely for the twinkling lights and gifts. After all - how many really feel religiously connected to a dated story that spans many religions (same dates, different names)?

Belief rules the world as what we believe, we seem to get - we're living under a Self Fulfilling Prophesy and this New Moon we get to learn something new to help us make a leap into a new world, based on new energy and less on traditions and beliefs we have held just because it seemed like a good idea.

We're ready to open a door, throw open the window and explore the world at large. It's so vast yet we forget, as we move from one box (our bed) to another (our home) to another (our car) to another (the store) to another (the office cubicle) to another (the bus) to another (the coffin!).

No, in all seriousness, it's worth considering where your freedom is this week - and if you can venture past the city limits of your own Comfort Zone.

We're all students and teachers at the same time now - we receive messages and pass them on unknowingly.

This New Moon asks us to:

Get out on a trip somewhere
Pick up a new book, learn a new language, do something totally new
Expand space - clear up at home, move clutter, give yourself leg room and elbow space
Be the free spirit you truly are
Allow others their own space
Redefine your belief system and don't get caught up in holy wars
Stop preaching
Stand for something new - rework your 'message'
Ask yourself - am I being honest or bluffing?
Walk your talk!
Bridge Cultural Divides
Go Horse riding
Tell the truth no matter how painful or nervous it makes you
Find greener grass
Reach for a dream, star, better situation
Laugh - comedy is SO needed now!
Be optimistic, reconnect with your inner faith
Renew your religious or spiritual vows or connections
Ask the Big Questions of your life and Destiny
Publish a new book or get writing
Start a new course or take an exam
Live with integrity
Be an example, even if no one else is doing it
Have faith in the silver lining and the light at the end of the tunnel

Visit overseas or a new town, city - anywhere you've not been before!
Keep your mind active and your limbs moving

Sagittarius is the mutable fire sign - think of the forest fires we've heard about so often on the news now. That's sag - spreading wildly, untamed and running free like the Centaur; the symbol of the sign.

See your Bigger Picture. Forget the small stuff and don't sweat the details. Stand back. Gain perspective. Climb a Hill, take a breather, look beyond the current time frame of circumstance and find the bigger meaning.

It's the only one. And assurance (and insurance)
of Bliss, guaranteed.
