Tool #1: House Rulerships: Your holographic life

If you haven't already, check out the new free tools at my website. By now, you should have a copy of your birth chart and have been able to figure at least SOME things out on your own. The House your Sun is in for example - and then listened to the free audio clip where I talk about what it means for you (and which house out of the 12, it dwells within).

Armed with your chart you can explore and expose various facets of your Nature. This is another method you can use to unravel and uncover new information about the various areas of your life called "House Rulerships".

As a recap: take a look at the picture above to see what the 12 houses mean.

With Tool # 1, we're going to work out a little more about our first house. Planets INSIDE the first House can show us more about HOW we look, HOW we act and WHAT we present to the world. WHAT others see when we are around. HOW others "label" us.

The planets energies you can see at my Astrology 101 Page. Just find the Planet in your 1st House. Simple.

Since each house is RULED by a particular planet, we need to find YOUR First House Ruler. Say you have Aries Rising. Find ARIES on the Astrology 101 Grid, and see which planet sits beside it. In this case - it's Mars.

Now find WHICH HOUSE *Mars* sits in, in your Chart.
This gives more information on what your first house energies are doing.

Ruler of the First House in the First House

You want to create a distinct first impression on other people and the image you project is very important to you. There may be a strong resemblance to one of your grandparents.

Ruler of the First House in the Second House

You have a strong desire to accumulate possessions and earning your own money is important to you. What you have, materially speaking, influences your outlook on life. Creating your own sense of liberty and freedom largely depends on how well you handle your financial security issues.

Ruler of the First House in the Third House

You're curious about life and learning is important to you. You want to get your ideas noticed and communication is important to you.
There is a strong need to feel well integrated into your immediate community and you may make many short local trips.
You tend to have a lot of interest in your siblings if you have them and you identify strongly with close relatives in general.

Ruler of the First House in the Fourth House

This chart factor indicates that you have a strong work ethic and you probably identify yourself by the work you are capable of doing. Health is important to you and very often your outlook on life affects your well-being. Avoid getting caught up in negative downward spirals. You are the type of person who can reap personal benefits from staying active and feeling useful. Your own cares and concerns will melt away when you find a way to become involved in helping others.

Ruler of the First House in the Seventh House

The relationships that you form with other people, such as your marriage partner or best friends, will represent a high priority for you. Even though you make a strong impression on other people whether you're aware of it or not you really care about their opinions and their acceptance of you. Where diplomacy is a plus, you can teach others something about the fine art of cooperation. You'd make a fine counselor because of your ability to relate to other people.

You have a strong interest in broadening your mental experiences, perhaps through higher education, exploring different philosophies of life, or even through developing your own ideas about what makes the universe tick. Be ready to do some long distance traveling during your life. It's in the stars.

Whatever career you end up in, it's one that you feel a strong sense of identity with. You may also have a strong identity with your father, or perhaps just authority figures in general. You have an enhanced sense of duty and responsibility, which accounts for your sometimes very serious outlook on life. People know this and they don't mind handing over the controls to you when the time comes.

Your friends, acquaintances and other large groups of people will play important roles in your life overall. Humanitarian pursuits and organizations dedicated to some kind of wide-scale social change may become significant to you also. You may strongly identify with those things that are considered to be ahead of the times, or with anything that breaks with societal traditions.

Ruler of the First House in the Twelfth House

Your outlook on life can be brought into balance by spending some time alone to meditate and recharge your batteries.
Avoid becoming your own adversary by falling into the "woe is me" victim trap. Spiritual philosophies that go beyond traditional orthodox viewpoints can bring revealing insights into your life and the meaning of it all. You may identify somehow with large public institutions that provide a service to society, especially the helping professions.

So you know you're a Leo, or a Gemini. That's your SUN SIGN. But which HOUSE does it fall in, in your Astrological Chart.

There are 12 Houses. Our Sun in a specific house shows a need to "shine Light" into this area. Some say it's where we didn't have too much focus in other lives, and now it becomes an important focus. I say it's some of this and more - it's a place we must assert our true selves if we're to ever feel strong and truly alive, while on Planet Earth.

Aquarius Season!

Finally, we transition out of the Winter Sign of Capricorn - and the hard slog and wear and tear on our bodies, of hard work, of saving for the cold season, of hibernation and dark mornings and early nights...into the fresh air of Aquarius, the final Air sign of the zodiac wheel.

Now we get to focus once more on the energy of our current Age - the Aquarian attributes within us all of uniqueness, innovation, zany and wild wackiness, total individuality, humanity/brother/sisterhood, equality and the breaking of the rules and regulations (capricorn) that have passed before us and have passed from use.

Each day, each week, each minute, our life calls for something NEW from us. Why do we spend each day reacting the same, doing the same things in the same ways?

You are a totally new being right here, right now, reading this. There ARE no rules on how to live, except the ones you give for yourself. And chances are, you're living by some pretty hard and fast written-in-capricorn-stone ones.

Ditch 'em.

It's EXPERIMENTATION TIME.

Now, you get to join the paradigm-busters, who are dispersed across the globe, breaking the rules in order for a new way of life to burst forth - a way that incorporated all of life, does not exclude and champions Freedom, Liberation, and Equality for all. We are One, shouts Aquarius.

Wow: The Jupiter-Pluto Alignment - Part I

Here's a brief breakdown of what it means when Jupiter and Pluto dance hand in hand this week - an alignment that won't happen again in the sign of Sagittarius for a long, long, long, long time. Someone please do the math (the sign of Sag rarely wants to get down to calculators, it's all about the Bigger Picture, right?)

Aries/Rising
Yes it's time to spread your wings. Perhaps there never has or never will be this much of a sign that you really do need to go, to take off, to fly away, to seek more, to learn more, to try more, to destroy the comfort zone, throw open the windows and let the Gypsy within carry you to your next scheduled soul-meeting with the next person or piece of information you need on your Quest. Where are you going? Who knows. But the current alignment shows that you can't expect to sit still or stay where you are. Take a look around and enjoy the present because it does all change, what you know will change, and how you experience the world will change. What you believed has changed form so many times, you're like an atheist who found God, or a Nun who decided money was worth saving and spending and pursuing, a teacher who decides to quit to backpack or a student who quits a class and decides its time to study abroad, away from family, friends and everything they've known before. Remaining open, while all you knew, or thought you knew falls away, is everything now. Your new road map is formed by your passion yet your willingness to go where your soul calls you to.


Taurus/Rising
Walls that kept you safe by keeping people out, safeguards that protected your money away from sticky fingers, policies that kept your property labeled and specifically yours (and insured) and fences that marked your comfort zone and "safe space" are being erased. By landslide, mudslide, rainstorm, dynamite, destruction or loss, you're no longer protected by the illusion of separateness. You have to share. What was yours solely, is no longer. You need to share - to borrow, to lend, to combine, to collaborate. For a sign of ownership, it's hard to know where you stand when the game keeps changing. Journeys into the darkness have taught you much and served you well because now you stand, stripped of anything that you didn't need (even while you struggled against desires for things to be totally different) that in many ways you've learned to talk to the dead - the parts of your life that had to depart. A new level is imminent. Like a computer game, you're ready to turn a corner and leave the last stage behind. You've evolved. But there must be one more parting of the ways. Do you trust enough? Can you merge assets, bodies, souls? If you remember that your true wealth now lies in not what you own, nor what others may take from you, but how much energy you can pool and share so that everyone cashes in.

Gemini/Rising
For so long you've prided yourself on your freedom, your ability to adapt and keep moving, your youthful, carefree side and the fact you never really "needed" a relationship to "complete you". How much has changed. Somewhere in this last major cycle you tasted the fruits of the underworld realm of hungering love, of yearning and burning and the loss that comes when forbidden fruit turns rotten and what you thought you had was a lie, a sham, or worse, just dying with no reason and no way to heal. Soul mates come and go. Yet we have many. Being able to let someone you love, fly free is the greatest act of love, even when it means you may wind up alone for a time. Whether in business or romance, your contracts and connections are under review. Some must go, to be replaced by even deeper sharing. But maybe you already know this? Your ability to relate has been purified. Fairness, equality. These are your new strengths. To control anyone or anything, leads to a downfall every time. Make it all now an act of sharing - do you want to dance with this person? Do you want to share the floor? Every time you reach out, connect, and share, you are making love. Decide now who you're willing to truly make love to.

Cancer/Rising
It's all connected. Your dislike of your job dramas, causes physical ailments. Emotions tucked away create stomach issues. Your coworker relationships reflect arguments you're having inside. Your schedule or lack thereof, shows the alignment you have with your purpose (or lack thereof). The mess in your home reflects your emotional and spiritual chaos. The leaky pipe holographically resembles the damn about to bust inside. The things that no longer work have made themselves VERY evident in the past few years you'd be insane not to see them, and more insane to have avoided dealing with them. In fact I'd say it was virtually impossible. Establishing a new pattern, a new rhythm, a new schedule and a new more holistic way of handling your life has been essential. You're headed for one final clearout of the guck. A detox of sorts. Whether it manifests in your job and you leave or a door slams shut, or whether you suddenly take off in a new direction or take on a whole new health-kick it's all a message, a sign, a clue and a reflect of your new "health consciousnes"> and it's not just about physical health, it's about your emotional health, your mental health, your sexual health, your spiritual health, the health of your pets and plants, the health of your kids and friends, and the health of your home and garden. Everything. Facilitate the healing now by allowing change to blow new air through your world.

Leo/Rising
Is pain a color in the artists palate? Surely. The vast canvases created by the worlds inspired, most often seem to be from visions that shook these souls to their core, or else the dark depths of despair and destruction that force dying hearts to the surface just long enough to offer their creations to others. Trips to Hell are often the most fertile for the performer. And as a Leo, you're no stranger to those trips of the past few years when the stage was trashed, your performance faltering, your inner child silently crying or your inner actor frozen. Look around you and notice the kids in your life or the ones you've seen or heard about and you'll see the message of the past few years - that keeping it simple was all you needed to do. That most of what you lost was ego-fodder, the polish covering a fading or forgotten crown. The new phase opening brings you back to your true power - as a giver of Light, of energy, of Joy, of Wonder. To illuminate any and all darkness. And to use the darkness to fuel even greater glory. Say goodbye to performance-anxiety or the destruction of your creations, and fuel a new direction - a journey to the height and depth and to share the many shades of your powerful palate.

Virgo/Rising
You're only as strong and capable as your roots, your foundation, your footing and your platform. How can you dive when you fear the board snapping beneath your feet? The cracks of your past have shown, oh yes, and it's this gift that has been both the biggest curse and the biggest blessing of recent years. From deaths in the family, to members cutting you off, you them off, from vanquishing demons in the family tree to being the one who either was digging crap up or shoving it under the carpet, where you came from and where you're currently calling home has been subject to enormous and profound alterations that will stay with you forever. Emotionally, it's time now to tie it all up together and celebrate the destruction around you. Now - perhaps finally - you can actually be safe, be comfortable and be settled (!) on the new fertile soil from the aftermath of the volcano's release. No more living in a pressure cooker or fearing annihilation. No more dwelling on anything. The only dwelling place you should focus on is the new nest you need to create. Look around and know that all the discomfort has helped you realize JUST how much you need (and how much was old conditioning) to look after yourself. Allow a final ripping up at your roots to be replanted in richer, more fertile soil.

Libra/Rising
When all is said and done (and wow, the things that have been said this past few years), it all comes back to how you see things. Walking around in your head, peering out of those eyes has been, well, an eye-opener. Sweet Libras, full of peace, beauty and calm. Hardly. The darkness you've seen, thought about, dwelled upon or mentally been dragged through has been too intense to write about, even here. How do you put in words the pits of despair you've reached recently, yet the depths and heights and the information you've been privy to? The neighbors lives you've seen shift, the neighborhood transformations. Finally - you could be free of mental loops. Of obsessing about anything. Giving your power away to a thought. Engaging in a head-fuck, making love over and over to an image, a symbol, something or something you've turned into a fetish that may feed a hunger but never truly satisfy. Kill it. The words you use - on paper, in conversation, and more importantly the ones you hear inside your head, along with the pictures you create, are key to everything for you now. Rewiring the circuits in your head changes your life. Don't just change your mind, allow your mind to change you. Stop thinking and let yourself be thought. Prepare to download a new way, a new idea, a new possibility, once you give up playing the old tapes you've collected to date.

Scorpio/Rising

Whether you end up a millionaire or living from paycheck to paycheck, it doesn't matter. Who cares how much you do or do not have, when you're not happy, not comfy, not feeling good inside your skin, not healthy and not feeling fulfilled. What a shock to find that adding 000s the end of financial checks/cheques or your bank balance sometimes just adds up to one big fat Zero. The more you have, the more you could lose and need to safeguard. And on the flip side, the less you have, the more it seems you have to overwork to scratch your way back to 'O'. Try this - look around and say goodbye NOW to the self worth issues you've been carrying relating to how much you have, how much you've been earning, how much you've felt ripped off and how much discomfort you've felt. What would happen if tomorrow, you became filthy rich? What then? What if success changes everything? Feel the shift. Enjoy the last stage of one financial trip. To enter a new spiritual and financial bounty phase, you must honor enjoying whatever you DO have, the simple things and just knowing that you're worth it and that things CAN change. If you're reading this, you have a body and eyes and you're still alive and kicking. Start there, then move ahead into what you want and the new quality you won't trade for second best anymore.

Sagittarius/Rising
Can you remember a time when you weren't in the midst of SOME power game, some intense drama unfolding, some life or death situation, losing something, having to say goodbye, being majorly disappointed that it didn't work out as you'd have liked, or you weren't "taking out the trash" yet again? Look around and celebrate all you've shed. Talk about a spiritual detox diet! You're defined now by what you DON'T have - crappy relationships, dead-end jobs, tumors growing in your body, ugly emotions clinging to your heart. And for those things you don't seem able TO shed, but would like to, have no fear. Act now and feel as though they have already gone, already shifted and you've moved on. Feel it in every cell. Every. No half measures. Be done with it. Until you can let yourself go, nothing else can truly free itself from your life. The New You is here but you can't step into the skin of this new body until you shed one last time. Are you willing to die while still alive? It could be the most painful experience to date, or it could feel like the most intensely fulfilling orgasm as you transition. You won't know, if you don't let go...



Capricorn/Rising
The Power locked up inside yourself has either separated you from the vast majority of the world at large (how can the other humans understand?), or given you such a complex about what would happen IF you unleashed it, that you're stuck between a rock and a hard place or have been. Do yourself a favor - take a look around and say goodbye to a period of suspension, of floating without a direction, of not knowing whether you're about to explode into a million pieces or suddenly be airlifted out of your body and off the planet. If you're still here, you're meant to be. With new superhuman powers filtering down into your psyche (and some pretty far out dreams at night as it happens) you're becoming "connected" to something vast, something strong and something that needs you as its messenger. But you have to clear your head, heart, soul, psyche and space in order to let the purest information come through. You're more than your career, relationship and body. When you have faith you're here for a grander design, you'll finally unlock the door to a world where you can have it all yet be controlled by none of it.

Aquarius/Rising
Funny. You're a sign that loves being different and not fitting in, yet you want friends who understand you and often you join groups or have a string of buddies who are the ones to bolster your self worth by agreeing with who you are and what you stand for. It's interesting. Yet the past few years especially have shown you something new about yourself. That many of the connections you've aligned yourself with - from organizations, to career paths, to pals and buddies weren't actually right for you. How many friends turned out to not really be friends? What do you do when you realize your social circle is crumbling and you need to find a new group? The secret behind the madness is as always for you, true freedom. Anywhere you sold out, gave your power away to someone else, stuffed your wild side away, is being exposed. You can only pretend for a while before you stand imploding. Society needs you again - you're about to become a New Age Worker once more. A Sleeper Agent designed to be triggered into affecting mass change right where you stand (or sit). Breaking new rules, showing a new way begins with you. Break free. Change it. Rewrite the script. Pisces/Rising
You never wanted control, you never really wanted to be the go-to guy or gal who had to take responsibility for anyone else. You have a big enough job drifting through the emotional changing tides of a single day in your life. But you've had to step up and deal with it. Pisces Fish are called now to step into their power, to realize that all this was prep work to let go of what was shallow and pointless so that when the REAL work came along you'd be ready for it. This is it. What is success to you? Once you define that, you have a goal, a map, a Plan. If you don't have these tools, you'll become a pawn in someone else's game. Horary Astrology Predictions: Britney, her kids and career

Far be it for me to nose into others businesses (I have Scorpio Rising so i value privacy) I have recently been studying Horary Astrology and it's a great tool to use for prediction. Technical, but worthy of some study. I am giving one a shot here for those who asked me to dive a little deeper.
Personally I do not know Britney Spears, and if you stop here Brit, I just wanna say the best to you on your current spiritual transformations. Being in the spotlight does put a lot of extra weight on already weary shoulders.

So the horary question is to see how things will shape up for her, her kid situation and her career. This is what i got:


Britney is represented by the 7th House (the person being asked about) ruled by traditional Jupiter, who is found in Sag (very strong placement) in the 9th House (double whammy, this is where it belongs). I truly believe seeing this, that she's just pushing pushing pushing for something new. She's BORED! She wants to try new things, be a new person, she's destroying the image everyone has of her. They are WRONG. An example of an Aquarius Moon rebelling against even her own image. Fun stuff. No one sees the cosmic joke here I guess, but maybe Britney is having the last laugh when it comes to her career choices.

Since she's represented by Pisces in the Chart though, there is a little bit of spacy, driftiness, which could account for the escapism, drugs, drink etc. And with her ruler in the 9th House she is more inclined to take off and travel the world than want to stay put and deal with drama and details.

The flip side is that she'll wage a major legal war soon if she's not brewing one already. 9th House, jupiter and Sag relates to legal cases. Also she may wheel out a book as it's publishing. Her story? Or is she going to sue her company, managers or K Fed?

Jupiter is soon to square to the Moon (another major factor in a Horary chart to analyze the situation) in her 6th House (employees) so it's possible it's a management company legal issue that is brewing already. Either that or a doctor or health practitioner (6th house rules health). And after this, the Moon will apply to an opposition with Uranus - there is a dramatic face off upcoming it seems. Overthrowing the status quo again, is her health or work about to take a major new direction?

Her Children would be represented by the 5th House (kids) from her house which would be Cancer, (ruled by the Moon). Since the Moon is about to square Jupiter and oppose Uranus, there is likely to be some form of fight or legal dispute over this. And a decision could be overturned - perhaps she'll be given custody again sooner than we think. Since the aspect between the planets representing her (Jupiter) and her kids (Moon) is applying (coming together) this does show them being brought back together. However, it's a square aspect so there is likely to be tension in the process. SO i wonder what deal they'll work out. She won't be kept from her kids.

Now her career would be the 4th House of this chart. And there is Pluto. Death and Rebirth. More raunchy? Is she about to do a Madonna and bring out the sexual vibes? It's dark and brooding, political too. Or is she going to jack it all in? Is it Pluto crash and burn? All possibilities. Pluto separating from an opposition to Mars in her 4th House shows a setback due to family conflicts that just passed (we know all about this) and she's just passed a Puto trine to her 6th house Saturn in her 6th which is a turnout in her health and work focus. Detox, purification.

I do wonder about the Libra Sun in her 7th. Surely this is a relationship issue that underlies all of this? The Sun about to apply to her Jupiter and Neptune could show a major relationship development. This woman is not staying single for long I don't think. Is it a Leo or Libra guy? Strong possibilities, I don't know everyone's sign so let me know if you do. I don't know enough Horary Astrology to describe the 'other' guy. he's Virgo in appearance (clean cut but yet his ruler is in Scorpio so there's a dark edge to him -is this K Fed again or someone else?) He's a charmer with a great smile but keeps a lot of his personality behind his mask.

Progressed Chart

Britney's progressed chart saw Pluto (death, rebirth, transformation) cross her Libra Ascendant (beauty). I don't recall when she shaved her head but a total transformation in appearance (1st House) and a darker slant on how she is seen by others (1st House) in the media. Libra is all about looks, Pluto however, is all about extremes and often, the loss of something.

Transit Rundown

Taking a look at her current cycles we see Saturn leaving her 11th House of social interaction to wade into the deeper waters of the 12th House. Often this is a period of aloneness, vanishing from the radar. Perhaps she'll decide to vanish for a little while ready for her resurrection when Saturn hits her 1st House again at the end of 2009. Saturn rules her 4th house of family and foundation so its passage through the 12th house (resolution) is sure to be a time when she'll have to check herself into some form of spiritual rehab, in order to cleanse away psychic 'stuff' she's amassed that block her from her soul.

Between now and December, Saturn will be squaring her Sun (as one of you mentioned) which happens to all of us twice a year and is a test of progress, of our resolve and strength. Energy is depleted and we feel up against a brick wall. With Saturn in her 12th by then, it's sure to be a troubling spiritual issue. The 12th house is escapism, addictions, self-undoing as many older Astrologers used to say, so she'll be tested to see if she can work through troubling inner issues without giving up, quitting, opting out or checking out. Release is what her soul seeks and Saturn will make sure she gives something ip. the 12th house is a form of sacrifice. What will she renounce?

As the year ends Saturn retrogrades back out of her 12th into her 11th which may give the illusion of a rebirth but there is still more work to be done. So I suspect we'll hear more news and Dec and Jan roll around on her continued progress (or lack thereof as judgmental souls would have it).

By March 2008, Pluto moves to her IC (the 4th House cusp) and the lowest part of her chart relating to again her home, family and foundations. A death of one way of life, old habits, possibly a death within the family, would be a major psychic shift for her, an give her a reason to change her life from the ground up. So yes, she's about to transform but in April Pluto goes retrograde so she'll have a lot of 'going over the past' to face in order to allow herself to move on.

Some of you asked about her reputation. Cancer rules her Midheaven (our career status, how the world views us) and that's ruled by the Moon (the most changeable force in Astrology). Cancer is the sign of the USA so it's no wonder she was so well received here (bush is a Cancer too in case you wondered) but as the Moon shows its emotional fickleness, the public's opinion (ruled by the Moon also) changes from day to day. We love you, we condemn you. Bush and Britney both.

Interestingly enough, Cancer relates to parenting, mothering, nurturing. Since Cancer is on her Midheaven, this is how everyone will remember Britney - for how good of a Mom she was or how bad. Again, the public does love to talk, but no wonder she was help us as a sign of parenting, and publicly discussed as to her role as a Mom.

Chiron, the wounded healer, as been trampling over her birth Moon (in her 5th house of children) so it's no surprise the wounds she's received were the loss of her kids. But this was no real loss, since it her healing of her own wounded inner child (which I suspect is more the issue here) proves to be the biggest gift of all in order for her to reconnect with her kids once more.

Aquarius Moon's Moms (again, the USA has an Aquarius Moon so we have here a singer and a country both making headlines news for the way it's treating the innocent...interesting eh?) And again, her 'strange parenting' is very Aquarius Moon. So be it. She's a free spirit and of course, liberated, 'new age' parenting is the way to go here. Britney is just being Britney when it comes to her kids.

By October, Chiron stops retrograding over her Moon, easing up the tension on her heart and soul and the stress of the entire children custody situation. You may find it of interest that Neptune (drugs, alcohol) has been moving through her 5th House also, underlining the reason for her custody loss - her drug use and testing and so forth.

Yee-Haa: Jupiter goes Direct (Aug 6)

Reading the last Blog entry you probably wonder if there's any hope of ever getting out of a certain situation, quandary or quagmire. Always, my friends!

Retro periods are 're-thinking, re-evaluating, re-feeling, and re-negotiating our plans and position and the people we're interacting with. Some good news for ya:

Jupiter ends his magnificent tour of Retrograde Land this coming week (Aug 6 to be exact) so in brief:

Aries folk can finally continue their travel plans, and do something with everything they've learned since April 7 (when retro Jupiter began). Clashes with other cultures can finally be over once you come to see that the tests were related to boundaries, and how much your 'knowing' nature has become arrogance. Keep an open mind and opportunities will flood in.

Taurus folk can finally figure out what their money is doing for them (and their partners). Joint accounts, financial entanglements, business deals with others, debt and other issues related to their financial security and personal power can be laid to rest once they realize that more is not necessarily a good thing. Clear the deck, and the slate, and turn over a new page. A transformation is possible now when you see the bigger picture and realize one problem you've been bombarded with since April 7 (when retro Jupiter began) is depleting your power and simply demanding a resolution.

Venus receives beautiful aspects from Jupiter, the planet of indulgence and good times, so people are likely to want to go overboard despite the Capricorn earthiness of the day but the Moon drifts through Virgo so all in all we'll keep our heads. It's not the best day for opening screaming how you adore someone or for chasing the person of your dreams, but people will feel the desire to be grounded and solidify their commitments and connections. Love is real and genuine today, not phoney and dreamy, but it's built to last and that's better than any quick one night of passion.

Spit it out! Full Moon at 23Gem - Dec 14 2005

The Full Moon in Gemini falls this Thursday, December 15, 2005 8:15am PST 23º 48' opposing Pluto in Sagittarius. The day after, the Sun conjuncts Pluto at 25Sag.

When the Moon enters Gemini, we all have something to say. At the Full Moon, we want to the world to know. If we've been learning (Sag) we get to put our knowledge to use (Gem). If we've been asking questions (Sag) we suddenly get the answer (Gem). The question is - will we listen, and more importantly will we HEAR?

This Full Moon, lasting two weeks but always stronger in the first few days, will put a lot on our tongue which we can choose to swallow our words, or divert into Mars, the planet of energy, currently residing in Taurus, a sign connected to the throat.

Gemini loves information and Full Moons highlight new information. Emails increase and the volume of traffic and transportation of goods, peoples, ideas and information increases accordingly. It could mean big traffic jams, it could mean all your holiday gifts arrive at once.

Lines at post-offices will probably increase this week since everyone will feel the need to get it out on time. Cell phone use is sure to be intense - look for people arguing on their phones, or those cell-addicts who sit and talk really loudly on the bus, at the supermarket, or on the street.

People buzz around a lot more under a Gemini Full Moon. Expect greater activity or messages to or from siblings. People seem in two minds (The Twins) so they need to talk it out with someone.

It's a great time for letter-writing and communication in general - have that special 'talk', send the memo, how about a telegram to someone out of the country. Catch family up on your news with a long letter. Go through your emails and write to people you forgot about in all your daily busy-ness.

Full Moons as you know, increase emotional energies so be careful on the roads - Gemini rules cars, trains, planes and travel so you may find people get a little high-strung, the phenomena of 'road rage' was probably coined under a Gemini Moon, and this is compounded by a Full Moon in the sign.

Use the week of the Full Moon to get busy with writing, public speaking engagements, message-delivery and paperwork that's mounting. Clear out old newspapers, and old bills and paperwork you no longer need. Get rid of (Full Moons are perfect for this) old phone numbers of people you truly won't be calling anymore.

Keep an eye on where your mind goes - are you looping? Are you repeating old thought patterns that keep you stuck? If so, move on. Let it go, forgive and if that's not possible yet, then try and forget. Your mind is your greatest reality-shaping tool so train it to focus on what you WANT and not on being so reactionary.

Parties, social events and hang-out time should be fun. People get chatty now - some people you can't shut up. If you're a hermit, then be prepared to hear a LOT when you're out of the house - wear a walkman if you need to - but for the curious amongst you, keep an ear open to passing conversations, there's probably something symbolic you need to hear that may help you on YOUR path. You'd be surprised if you keep your ears open.

Geminis are set to become excited, irritable, tense or bouncy, it all depends on their charts but they're all going to be touched by a little bit more sentimentality. Emotions are obvious - so they're fired up to deal with stuff. Good times roll in for Twins who are open in their feelings and communicate where they're at.

Sagittarians are likely to be emotional drained if not ready to do battle with people. Since it's an opposing sign to Gemini, Sagittarians face themselves through other people, so life becomes a mirror at this full moon to show them how well they're dealing with THEIR stuff as opposed to pointing the finger of blame. Relationships are strained but they can fuel their passion into honest and open connections and finally let go of people and situations that are causing harm or pain. Compromise is essential or no one wins, Sag!

Pisces can get to work on sorting out their personal lives and cleaning up their homes (yes, that mess is getting too much, Fishies) and Virgos can finalize work projects and decide where to go now professionally. Watch out for an over-sensitive boss, fuel your stress into getting on top of things. Pisces & Virgos need to let go of family stress from Mom (Pisces) and Dad (Virgo) or whatever they represent in their lives - perhaps they're going through intense times. Something ends, in preparation for a new phase. Is your past or present causing you trouble? Face it, and move on this week.

The Sun conjuncts Pluto in Sagittarius the day after the Full Moon and Death arrives, to swipe away all that is no longer any use to us. Will you let it go or wil you be forced to give it up? Beliefs cause trouble - this we know from Pluto's fueling of Sagittarian 'holy-wars'. Does it really matter if someone 'doesn't get it'? Believe in something new - re-write your script. If someone becomes arrogant or preachy (which they will) step back into your own space and choose a new way.

The best of Sagittarius shines - optimism, adventurous spirits, freedom and the quest and search for Knowledge and 'truth'. But Pluto will strip away all the negatives now - arrogant, preachiness, a holier-than-thou attitude.

This goes for everyone!

Whatever is not truth, not honest and not free is set up for some major problems ahead. Pluto touches the Sun and some Sagittarius element of life dies. Just as the Archers are all asked to clean up their individual acts now, the world is asked to let go of the old belief system and to embrace a new truth - the truth that we are all brothers and sisters (Gemini).

This then, becomes the theme. How are you treating your neighbors (Gemini). Forget religion (sun,pluto,Sag) and treat they neighbor as you would want to be treated. It's a sound karmic principle that WILL be upheld now...no matter how well placed we may think we are.
