You can overcome many demons under this Moon, so don't waste a chance to at least make some sort of mental prayer within on what you no longer want to haunt you. This is a Major Turning Point.

If you find yourself faced with serious life or death issues, trust that you have survival programmed into you and you shall pass through all fires unscathed and ready to tell the rest of us about it. That's the headline so many are shooting for. Ms Conchita Wurst - who describes herself as being midway 'between a boy and a girl' - was born with Venus in Libra and Mars in Aries (at the 0 degrees Aries point of Public Attention) - both planets where they belong in their respective "genders". Only they are in opposition in her Birth Chart - two energies blending together or pulling apart.
And guess what - right now, Mars is visiting her Venus and Venus is visiting her Mars. Talk about gender switching and role reversal.

We all get antsy around Eclipses. Things become unsettled. We feel it in our core. Without realizing it, we all hunger for CHANGE about this time, but we may not be sure what that change is or how it should 'look'. This Scorpio Lunar Eclipse intensifies everything (especially our feelings) for one important reason: the stronger we feel something, the more likely we are to make a necessary change. In the weeks and months ahead you'll get to see just how strongly you feel about something and what you are willing to do (or have to do) to change/evolve.

As soon as we step into the arena of trying to control things or people or our own feelings, the more problems we create for ourselves. Projecting blame on others. Pointing the finger. Unleashing our inner rage at having no control or power. Sometimes people snap, under a Lunar Eclipse. Emotions reach a breaking point. This, then, becomes the Release Point. Many of us make major changes too quickly, as the celestial energy seems to inspire us to "Make a Change Now!" But that usually isn't the best course to take. Around Eclipse times I advise people to slow down and not to overreact. Old core wounds can be triggered. People decide to break up suddenly or walk out of a job. But that's just a symptom of feeling the need to "make any change at any cost" rather than Stay And Face The Root Cause of Any Emotional Darkness you may be feeling.

Darker emotions sabotage everything we have built to date (the Builder Taurus Sun opposing the Destroyer Scorpio Full Moon Lunar Eclipse). Deep down inside of every human lies the seeds of Darkness, and our inner demons love nothing more than to come out and create havoc just when we think we've gotten a handle on our human lives. This Eclipse is a time when meany-energies are out in force seeking to rob us of our Magic Dust and our connection to the Light.
Eclipses, remember, block the Light from us in a variety of ways (Lunar Eclipses see the reflected light of the Moon, blocked by the shadow of the Earth...Solar Eclipses see the Sun's light blocked by the Moon herself). At eclipse time, hold strong to your Light, knowing you'll be challenged in some form.Keeping a candle burning is a great idea, as a symbolic act of navigating through this moment of darkness.
But the great thing about the light going out,
is that you see that much clearer
when it comes back on.
Sometimes we need these trigger points. And that's when the Eclipses arrive, like clockwork. And it's why our ancestors worked very hard at mapping out when the Eclipses fell.
The bright-side of a Scorpio Lunar Eclipse is that it helps cleanse you of that which you no longer need, that which ultimately is NOT you, thus revealing your true power again to yourself (a power you'd not see if it continued to be blocked and clouded by your emotional reactions and attachments to things or people (or feelings) that have given you a false sense of self or sense of security. And Security is what it's all about right now, or so it seems. The Taurus-Scorpio axis, highlighted by the Lunar Eclipse, brings a bubbling-up of anxieties over money (especially in relationships), sex drives and desires/needs (again, within relationships we may find someone wants more, someone needs less, etc). Oppositions play out in our relationships with other people (even the cashier at the supermarket). Other themes triggered by this eclipse: what's YOURS versus what's MINE (can we share or should we keep it divided?), alimony (who gets what) and taxes (investigations, audits) inheritances and estates (who's in control?), credit cards and debt (who owes what to whom?), deaths or endings, what should stay what should go, creating or destroying.
Taurus-Scorpio energies may be different poles on the Security Axis but they are still an illusion, a representation of energy replacing a full spiritual connection to our Source within. Once we attain something (Taurus), we move into fear of losing it (Scorpio)! When we let go of something (Scorpio), we feel the void where something tangible (Taurus) used to be and thus go on the hunt for a substitute. The best place to live during an eclipse is BETWEEN THE TWO SIGNS INFLUENCED. Enjoy what you have (Taurus) while you have it and honor what is leaving (Scorpio) trusting that the time is right. Remember, one day, we too shall depart from this place. These Eclipses are practices runs from the ultimate release.

How you handle your own Darkness, affects the amount of darkness on Planet Earth. You play a huge role, in how you navigate what life is presenting to you. The sudden changes we'll see are not sudden at all but the final result of a bubbling, boiling, energy that has been building for some time. Lunar Eclipses reveal what's been going on beneath the surface and from behind the scenes. It's what you do with the knowledge that counts, not getting emotionally caught up (Scorpio) in the manifestations (Taurus).
Dormant Emotional Volcanoes are now set to blow. Weather may actually change dramatically too, I've seen it countless times now. Eclipse time sets the stage for a ripple effect on Planet Earth. Quakes, volcanic activity, widespread emotional release, the rising and purging of Fear. Don't worry, it's common, and nothing to worry about. Even the Planet Earth has its own growth cycles, just as we do!

I'll be starting a 3-day Apple Cleanse under this Full Moon, since it's one of the most potent all year for releasing, purging, shedding. A cleanse is a great idea. Want to quit smoking? This is your Full Moon to begin. Want to let go of some heavy emotional feelings you've been carrying for a while now? This is the best time for it.
Scorpio is about The Darkness - facing those parts of yourself and your life experience that are "dark" - areas that Lack Light! The Full Moon's light allows you to see a little closer into your heart, soul and psyche for areas that are still dark and still awaiting the Light of your Conscious Awareness.
Feelings are always strong during this Full moon but if you Embrace them, they'll lead you to the place where you can finally drop them, and see them for what they are - opportunities to bring in more Light.
When you go so far into a feeling or an area of Darkness and things you Do Not Want you eventually and inevitably return full circle to What you Do Desire.
I'll be holding a personal Full Moon Ritual tonight by writing down things I DO NOT WANT in my life on pieces of paper. Then I'll write on other pieces, the things i DO want (since they are two sides of the same coin). Then, I'll burn all the pieces and surrender it all. The Universe responds to this sort of vibrational input by aligning you further with what you want.
Remember, although the Full Moon is in Scorpio, the Sun of Conscious Awareness is in Taurus - grounding, comforting, appreciating, building, growing, enjoying. Don't lose track of these energies as your anchor during one of the darker Full Moons we experience every year.
Whenever you "let go" under a Scorpio Full Moon, you immediately create an opening that can be filled with your Desires. When what you don't want is so glaringly obvious these days, can you continue to shine your spotlight of awareness on what you do want?
Enjoy the intensity, use the darkness as reasons to connect once more to your Inner Light, and in turn each time you do this, you aid the Planet by collectively clearing the Darkness of Unconsciousness that has plagued humanity for too long now.

On Sunday April 19, the Full Moon lands in one of the most intense signs in the zodiac: Scorpio, (at 0 Degrees 43).
I always tend to see this Full Moon as one that contributes to a lot more crime in the world at large. People try and get away with more during Scorpio Full Moons, but often they're caught or something gives them away. If you're psychically in-tune you can smell a rat at this time, if you're not you may fall victim to a scam, scheme, violence, danger or intrigue.
Underground activity is high this week, especially at Sunday's Full Moon watershed mark - when the shadows increase despite the fact there's a blazing silvery orb full and strong overhead. It's like Halloween all over again, which I happen to like but for most it's a weird time on the streets, which I'm sure you'll see by the end of the weekend.
So what can we expect at this time. Here goes:
Personally: Desire increases. Hormones rage - people are hungry for sex, love, money, power, satisfaction, and they won't rest til they find it. Prostitutes are out in force (sexual, financial or emotional), people gamble higher for bigger sums (at the card table or in their daily lives), people sneak about, and you may even catch some people with sunglasses on at midnight or later. We feel a need to focus on the serious stuff, the things that we want more than anything else. Our bad habits surface and we suddenly get an urge to kill something off - a way of life, or just throwing something away that has served its purpose.
We get out the scissors and cut stuff from our lives.
Globally: The intensification of power issues makes it a volatile time, so we're sure to see someone losing it and going postal somewhere, that's nothing new. But Hotshots like world leaders, bankers, greedy people (which already covers them both) and those dipping their fingers in the pot are sure to have some secrets publicly revealed. I love these times - we get to see, as the public, all the things other people are doing in a Full Moon dedicated to:
Airing Dirty Laundry for all to see.

Our hearts and heads can be so divided we don't get a chance to sustain what we already have because we're heated up and want to jack it all in. Things are overblown, made into Life or Death matters when they're really not. Just more intense than usual. Something has to change but we're unsure what to keep.
Messages delivered now seem more like ultimatums or we read them as such. We need transformation yet our minds say STAY PUT! SAME = SANE!. But wait, are we being rational, are we using common sense or are we letting our emotions get the better of us? Are we fearing a loss of power or security? Can we "trust the process"?
The public may suddenly DEMAND an answer to something the press isn't talking about. We're all thinking of money issues, whether it's "worth" it or not, sexual stuff we're facing and whether to dig in, or dig it up or dig our way out. Stay or go? Cash in or callbankruptcy? Is it really this Black Or White?
This Full moon sextiles PLUTO in CAPRICORN.
Since Pluto is Scorpio's planet, we're aided now in any purging or detoxing we're doing. If we truly let go, we free ourselves. If we remember to recycle, we recreate and are reborn. Needless destruction is replaced with a more evolved overview - that fresh insight and new beginnings come from clean-true-honest-emotional-endings no matter how bittersweet or sour, and a definite divide from 'what went before'. Old emotions need tying up, releasing. Forgive and forget. Change your home space outside, to rearrange your inner furniture simultaneously.
This is without doubt SPRING CLEANING month on ALL levels. Start inside and work your way out, or start in your surroundings and then work your way within. Either way, find a way and a new way from there shall be shown.
The Full Moon sextiles SATURN in VIRGO.
Again , reinforcing the theme of cleaning up, take another look at what you're eating, how you're staying in shape and the 'clutter' in your life. Things that no longer work, will give you a nudge, a first reminder, before it becomes a warning, that something is wrong. Honor that. We're being offered a chance, to avoid further fireworks. Eliminate now before things are forcibly removed later on.

Our homes can be made safer (and less burglar friendly) and we can make our emotional defenses just as sturdy, by letting go (Scorpio) or emotional seeds of destruction.
